Your customer list is the starting point for every quote and invoice. Save contact details once and reuse them across jobs.
Quotes are how you price a job and get customer approval before work starts. ProperTradie handles the document, the link, the status tracking, and the jump to invoice when the quote is approved.
Draft quotes using voice, text, and photos. AI fills the form — you review everything before the customer sees it.
Invoices are how you bill for approved work. ProperTradie carries quote details across, tracks payments and expenses, and shows whether a job is profitable.
Track money coming in — cash, bank transfer, Stripe, or payments your customer reports themselves. ProperTradie keeps invoice balances up to date automatically.

When work is done, complete the event in ProperTradie. Record what was done, add any extra work outside the agreement and create an invoice.

Upload photos when completing an event to document work done. Photos can appear on public agreement and event pages where appropriate.
